Central Park MCA
John B. Holt, MPS
“
Hello, my name is John B. Holt, and I am the 2025 District 11 Delegate for Central Park Master Community Association (MCA), a post I also held in in 2021 and 2022. Also, as of January 2025, I am also the Vice President of the MCA’s Executive Board.
A small business owner and community steward, I have served on multiple nonprofit boards, including four homeowner associations (HOA) and master community assocation (MCA) boards, which combined result in over 20 years of experience.
Since 2014, I have also served on the executive board of the Colorado Cancer Foundation, a 501(c)(3) charitable nonprofit dedicated to funding oncology research at the University of Colorado Anschutz Medical Campus, with my wife, Dr. Lora A. Wilson.

Family
I met my wife, Lora A. Wilson, Ph.D., in early 2010, and the two of us have been happily married since early 2012. Together, Lora and I have been active in the Central Park community for many years, raising money for the Anschutz Medical Campus Division of Medical Oncology through our work as Executive Board Members with the Colorado Cancer Foundation, and setting records for voter registration in Denver through community outreach efforts at Founder’s Green, Conservatory Green, and more.
